Meatball & Boursin Tortilla Melt
Uses: meatballs, tortilla, tomato sauce, Boursin
Ingredients:
- 3 to 4 cooked meatballs
- 1 large tortilla
- 1/3 cup tomato sauce
- 1 tablespoon Boursin cheese spread
Instructions:
- Heat the meatballs in tomato sauce until steaming hot. Season the sauce with favorite spices.
- Warm the tortilla and spread Boursin over the center.
- Cut the meatballs in half and arrange them with a small amount of sauce on the tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla and toast in a skillet until crisp on both sides.
Good for: A playful cross between a meatball sandwich and a quesadilla.
Optional: Add sliced zucchini or tomatoes to the filling.
