Apple Crunch Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup yogurt
  • 1/2 apple, diced
  • 1/4 cup applesauce
  • 2 tablespoons granola

Instructions:

  1. Spoon yogurt into a bowl or cup.
  2. Add diced apple and applesauce, gently layering or swirling them into the yogurt.
  3. Top with granola right before eating so it stays crunchy.
  4. Add a small sprinkle of cinnamon or cardamom if you like a warmer flavor.
