Chicken Salad Plate with Ranch

Uses: chicken breast, lettuce, cabbage, cucumber, tomato, ranch

Ingredients:

  • 3 to 4 ounces cooked chicken
  • 1 cup lettuce
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup cucumber
  • 1/4 cup tomato
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons ranch

Instructions:

  1. Cook the chicken by roasting, pan-searing, or sauteing it with your favorite seasonings until fully cooked.
  2. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes, then slice.
  3. Arrange lettuce, cabbage, cucumber, and tomato on a plate.
  4. Top with sliced chicken and serve with ranch.

Good for: A lighter lunch with protein, fresh vegetables, and a familiar dressing.
