Ground Beef Taco Rice Bowl

Ingredients:

  • 5 ounces ground beef
  • 1/2 cup cooked yellow rice
  • 1/4 cup kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons shredded cheddar
  • 1 tablespoon picante sauce
  • 1 tablespoon guacamole

Instructions:

  1. Cook the yellow rice according to package instructions, then set aside and keep warm.
  2. Cook the ground beef in a pan, breaking it into small pieces as it browns.
  3. Season with cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and a small pinch of salt if available.
  4. Warm the yellow rice and kidney beans together in a bowl.
  5. Spoon the seasoned beef over the rice and beans, then sprinkle with cheddar.
  6. Finish with picante sauce and guacamole so the bowl feels creamy, saucy, and bright.
