Peach Cream Cheese Bagel
Uses: bagel, strawberry cream cheese, peach
Ingredients:
- 1/2 bagel, split and toasted
- 2 tablespoons strawberry cream cheese
- 1/2 peach, thinly sliced
- Tiny pinch of cinnamon, optional
Instructions:
- Toast the bagel until warm and lightly crisp around the edges.
- Spread strawberry cream cheese over each warm half so it softens slightly.
- Arrange peach slices over the cream cheese in an even layer.
- Finish with a tiny pinch of cinnamon if available, or leave it simple and fruity.
- Serve right away while the bagel is still a little crisp.
Good for: A sweet, summery breakfast that feels like peaches and cream on a toasted bagel.
Optional: Use plum slices instead of peach, or add a tiny spoonful of jelly for extra shine.
