Rice Bowl with Chicken, Cabbage & Ranch
Uses: cooked rice, chicken breast, cabbage, cucumber, tomato, ranch
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup cooked rice
- 3 ounces cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup sliced cucumber
- 1/4 cup diced tomato
- 1 tablespoon ranch
Instructions:
- Cook the rice according to package instructions and spoon it into a bowl.
- Add cooked chicken, shredded cabbage, cucumber, and tomato.
- Season the vegetables lightly with salt, pepper, or your favorite seasoning blend.
- Drizzle with ranch and mix lightly, or keep the ingredients separate if you prefer.
Good for: A filling lunch bowl with protein, rice, vegetables, and a creamy dressing.
Optional: Add shredded cheddar, hummus, or a squeeze of lemon juice to change the flavor.
