Ingredients:

  • 1 turkey burger patty
  • 1 medium potato, cut into wedges or coins
  • 1/4 cup grape tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon ketchup
  • 1/2 teaspoon lime juice

Instructions:

  1. Season the potato wedges with paprika, garlic powder, black pepper, and a little oil or butter if available. Bake, air-fry, or pan-cook until tender and browned.
  2. Cook the turkey burger until fully cooked.
  3. Mix ketchup with chopped tomatoes and lime juice to make a quick chunky tomato-lime sauce.
  4. Serve the burger with the potato wedges and spoon the sauce over the burger or use it as a dip.
  5. Add spinach on the side for freshness.

Why it works: It feels like a burger-and-fries dinner, but the tomato-lime sauce makes it brighter and more interesting.

Optional: Melt American cheese over the turkey burger.
