Turkey, Rice & Vegetable Bowl
Uses: turkey slices, rice, cabbage, cucumber, tomato, ranch
Ingredients:
- 3/4 cup cooked rice
- 2 to 3 slices turkey, sliced or chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup cucumber
- 1/4 cup tomato
- 1 tablespoon ranch
Instructions:
- Use warm or room-temperature rice as the base of the bowl.
- Add sliced turkey, shredded cabbage, cucumber, and tomato on top.
- Drizzle lightly with ranch, or keep the ranch on the side and add as much as you like.
- Mix everything together for a rice salad, or keep the ingredients in sections for a composed bowl.
Chef Tip: This can be served cold as a rice salad or warmed slightly as a bowl. If warming it, add the cucumber and tomato after heating so they stay fresh.
Optional: Add shredded cheddar for a little more richness.
