Turkey, Rice & Vegetable Bowl

Uses: turkey slices, rice, cabbage, cucumber, tomato, ranch
Yield: Approximately 1 serving

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup cooked rice
  • 2 to 3 slices turkey, sliced or chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/4 cup cucumber
  • 1/4 cup tomato
  • 1 tablespoon ranch

Instructions:

  1. Use warm or room-temperature rice as the base of the bowl.
  2. Add sliced turkey, shredded cabbage, cucumber, and tomato on top.
  3. Drizzle lightly with ranch, or keep the ranch on the side and add as much as you like.
  4. Mix everything together for a rice salad, or keep the ingredients in sections for a composed bowl.

Chef Tip: This can be served cold as a rice salad or warmed slightly as a bowl. If warming it, add the cucumber and tomato after heating so they stay fresh.

Optional: Add shredded cheddar for a little more richness.
