Waffles with Applesauce, Plums & Granola

Ingredients:

  • 2 waffles
  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 1 plum, pitted and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons granola
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons syrup, if desired

Instructions:

  1. Toast the waffles until warm and lightly crisp.
  2. Spoon applesauce over the waffles.
  3. Add sliced plum on top or on the side.
  4. Finish with granola for crunch and a small amount of syrup if desired.
